Managing Partner

As Managing Partner, Ha Huy Phong has overall responsibility for managing the firm and establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and business partners.

Lawyer Ha Huy Phong has extensive experience working with international partners and multinational corporations in Vietnam. His core areas of practice include foreign investment, international trade, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, technology transfer and contract drafting.

Ha Huy Phong holds a Bachelor of Laws from Hanoi Law University, a lawyer training certificate from the Judicial Academy and an intellectual property training certificate from the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. He has also completed various short and medium-term training programmes, including contract negotiation and international commercial contract dispute resolution delivered by Foreign Trade University in cooperation with Bennet Gastle Law Firm (Canada), and technology incubation and innovative entrepreneurship delivered by the National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC) in cooperation with the Vietnam–Finland Innovation Partnership Programme (IPP).

Ha Huy Phong has directly advised and assisted clients including Honda (Vietnam), Ha Viet Tung Shing (Hong Kong), Kart Logistic (Hong Kong), Smart Logistic (Hong Kong), Citra (Indonesia), Tan Hoang Minh Group (Vietnam), DK–TEC (South Korea), Takubo (Japan), EUNMIN (South Korea), Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation (MITRACO), FINETON (Hong Kong), Lobana (Australia), KHIRON PHARMA (United States), and hundreds of other companies in Vietnam.
