As the Lawyer in charge of managing the firm (Managing Partner), Mr. Phong is generally responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the client, partner networks.

Lawyer Ha Huy Phong has a vast pool of experience in working with international partners and multinational corporations in Vietnam. The fields in which Mr.Phong is most proficient include foreign investment, international trade, merger and acquisition, technology transfer and contract drafting.

Lawyer Ha Huy Phong has a bachelor degree from Hanoi Law University, a Lawyer Training Certificate from the Judicial Academy and an Intellectual Property Training Certificate from the World Intellectual Property Organization (Geneva – Switzerland). Furthermore, Mr. Phong is also an alumni of many mid and short term training courses such as: contract negotiating skill, international commercial contract dispute settlement-University of Foreign Trade in cooperation with Bennet Gastle Law Firm (Canada), technology incubation and creative enterprise by the National Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC), in cooperation with the Vietnam – Finland Cooperation Program (IPP)…
