Infrastructure – Energy
With our experience of consulting for many foreign investors investing in Vietnam, Inteco had and could provide the following specific services:
- Conduct survey and consultancy on matters regarding policies, energy development legal framework (hydro, wind, solar, thermal electricity…);
- Search for location and make survey report on the location for building the power plant;

- Apply for investment policy approval from the competent State agency regarding the energy project;
- Draft, negotiate cooperation, joint venture agreements between investors;
- Assist investors to work with competent State agencies;
- Apply for investment registration certificate for energy investment projects;
- Advise clients on policies, frameworks and legal regulations on the development of roads, railways, airways, ports;
- Advise clients on regulations regarding project bidding;
- Advise clients on regulations regarding Public-Private Partnership;
- Draft, assist with negotiations under Public-Private Partnership (BOT, BT);
- Advise clients on legal regulations regarding investment incentives, tax regimes in the infrastructure sector;
- Advise clients on other regulations in the infrastructure project (collecting toll, maintenance, repair…);
- Apply for investment policy approval from the competent State agency;
- Assist the investor in working with the competent State agencies;
- Apply for investment registration certificate.
